Ljubljana, 21 February - Slovenia's foreign affairs took most of the spotlight last week, as Europe Minister Janez Potocnik was appointed to join Enlargement Commissioner Guenter Verheugen in Brussels, and a number of top-level bilateral meetings took place. Albanian President Alfred Moisiu and Croatian Interior Minister Marijan Mlinaric paid a visit to Ljubljana, while Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel travelled to India and Israel.
