Belgrade, 23 February - Ranko Milovic has been appointed to replace Ivo Viskovic as the Ambassador of Serbia-Montenegro to Slovenia. The appointment was made by President of Serbia-Montenegro Svetozar Marovic, the Belgrade-based Beta agency cites the Official Gazette.
