President Drnovsek Welcomed by Halonen

Helsinki, 25 February - President Janez Drnovsek was received by his Finnish counterpart Tarja Halonen with full state honours in front of the presidential palace in Helsinki Wednesday morning. Both presidents then went into a tete-a-tete meeting and are later expected to join both delegations for talks. Drnovsek, who arrived in Finland on Tuesday, is scheduled to meet PM Matti Vanhanen later on Wednesday and Speaker of Parliament Paavo Lipponen on Thursday.
