Women Greatly Underrepresented in Parliament, Another Study Shows

Ljubljana, 25 February - Although the number of women MPs rose from seven to twelve in the last term, women remain critically underrepresented in the 90-seat parliament. Moreover, a study has shown that women failed to secure themselves high positions in parliament's hierarchy, as there are only a few that chair a parliamentary body.
