Lower Payroll Tax to Help the Economy in the EU
Ljubljana, 25 February - The strategic council for the economy and economic development, a body advising PM Anton Rop, suggested that the government make an early cut of the payroll tax in order to unburden the economy, particularly the labour intensive sectors, which will face the stiffest competition after Slovenia joins the EU.
