Constitutional Court Rejects Simobil's UMTS License Complaint

Ljubljana, 26 February - The Constitutional Court has rejected a petition filed by mobile operator Simobil, which challenged the constitutionality of the decree on the license for third-generation mobile telephony, UMTS. The court decided that Simobil has failed to demonstrate legal interest.
