Bill on Slovenia's Capital Passed

Ljubljana, 26 February - A bill that comprehensively regulates the special status of Ljubljana as the Slovenian capital was adopted by parliament in a 57:2 vote on Thursday evening. The bill sets down the relations between the Ljubljana municipality and the state in carrying out the tasks of the capital.
