Ljubljana, 9 September - DELO: TOLERANCE AND INTOLERANCE - The present picture of Yugoslavia is a hopeless image of intolerance, because the only common characteristic of Carrington's negotiation "adversaries" was intolerance. The European Community would have already lost patience in such conditions, if it weren't for their fear for the future of all of Europe in face of the Balkanian raging, and if it hadn't, with support of the USA assumed responsibility for the fate of the Old Continent, writes in his leading article Stane Ivanc.
