Ljubljana, 10 September - DELO: GETTING INTO A SCRAPE - The Moslems and Croats of Bosnia and Herzegovina have yielded to Serbian pressure and threats of war for the sake of preserving fragile peace. By handing over Milan Martić, the minister of the interior of the self-styled SAO Krajina whom the police had arrested near Bosanska Krupa, the Moslem-Croatian coalition demonstrated its weakness. However, they have earned the precious time that they can only use for replenishing their arms stocks, which leads to a bloody ethnic and religious war.
