Economists Call for Promotion of Innovation and Competition

Ljubljana, 1 March - If the economy is to make a competitive breakthrough, Slovenia must become more innovative and entrepreneurial. This requires the implementation of high-quality economic growth based on ideas, knowledge, information and new technologies, Economics Minister Tea Petrin told a forum on the future of Slovenia, staged as part of President Janez Drnovsek's talks on the future of Slovenia.
