Cancer on Increase in Slovenia
Ljubljana, 1 March - The number of persons with cancer is growing year after year in Slovenia. In the period from 1992 to 2001, incidence of cancer grew by 25 percent among men and by 31 percent among women, although cases of death due to cancer seem to have dropped.
