Culture Minister Discusses Cultural Diversity in Broadcasting

Dublin, 2 March - Culture Minister Andreja Rihter, who is attending a two-day informal meeting of ministers in charge of broadcasting of the enlarged EU in Dublin, welcomed the European Commission document on the future policy in this area. She, however, expressed concern over the current implementation of the European Television Without Frontiers Directive.
