UMTS to Be Available to One Third of Population by the End of March

Ljubljana, 3 March - The UMTS network for third-generation mobile telephony, managed by the country's top wireless operator Mobitel, will boast 80 new base stations by the end of March, with the UMTS system becoming accessible to 31 percent of Slovenia's residents.
