The Financing of EU Border High on Potocnik's Agenda in London

London, 3 March - "It is possible to cap EU budget spending at 1 percent GNP, but in that case the question of the financing of the common agriculture policy should open," Europe Minister Janez Potocnik said in a talk at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London, which wrapped up his two-day visit to London.
