Euroleague: Skipper Too Strong for Olimpija

Bologna, 3 March - Slovenian basketball club Olimpija has begun its Euroleague playoff campaign with a 76:84 (16:22, 27:40, 49:66) loss to Italy's Skipper on Wednesday in Bologna. Taking a 11-2 lead in the opening minutes of play, Skipper never let the Ljubljana-based team back into the game. The next match for Olimpija in Top 16 play of Europe's strongest league will be a home game against Efes Pilsen of Turkey next week.
