Croatian Glue Maker New Member of Belinka Group
Ljubljana, 5 March - A subsidiary of the Ljubljana chemical industry Belinka has become a 100-percent owner of the Croatian glue maker Metakem of Ludbreg. Kemostik of Kamnik, known for the neostik brand glues, signed a contract on a friendly takeover with Metakem on Thursday.
