Industry Employers Agree to Gov't Proposal on Wage Increases

Ljubljana, 5 March - Wary of further industrial action, industry employers agreed Friday to the government-proposed blanket SIT 5,000 (EUR 21) raise in gross wages, while additional increases would be negotiated separately in the various industry branches. The pay rise of 21 euros rise would be offset by a cut in payroll tax.
