Novartis CEO Praises Lek's Performance in Generic Industry

Ljubljana, 5 March - The share of generic drugs in the United States has been on the increase, which is a good news for Lek, predicted Daniel Vasella, CEO of Swiss drug maker Novartis, which owns the Ljubljana-based company. Visiting Slovenia, Vasella met on Friday with the country's businessmen to brief them on trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
