International Seminar to Mark 1000 Years of Bled

Bled, 9 March - An international seminar is due to be staged in the Alpine resort of Bled on Wednesday, as part of celebrations marking 1000 years since the first mention of the town in written documents. Organised by the Bled municipality and IEDC - Bled School of Management, the seminar will feature FM Dimitrij Rupel, Europe Minister Janez Potocnik, EU ambassador to Slovenia Erwan Fouere and Pedro Nueno, a professor at the IESE business school at the University of Navarra.
