Pomurje Hopes to Benefit from EU Accession

Murska Sobota, 10 March - EU accession will bring many new opportunities and challenges to Pomurje, Slovenia's least developed region, a panel debate concluded Tuesday evening. The tourism sector is particularly optimistic, expecting to lure more guests, while other companies are cautiously expecting EU enlargement, hoping to be able to weather strong competition on the EU market.
