Ljubljana, 11 March - Procedures before Slovenian courts are lengthy and inefficient, prompting people to seek justice with the European Court of Human Rights, stressed participants of a debate on Slovenian judiciary, organised by the Council of Europe information centre in Ljubljana. The round table gathered NGO and government officials.
