Ljubljana, 11 March - Former President Milan Kucan should have abstained from politics and waited at least until the autumn elections with his "Forum 21", catholic weekly Druzina writes in the latest issue, critical of the association that Kucan has presented as non-political and which has been persistently labelled as a budding political party by his critics.
