Gov't Passes Changes to Investment Trusts and Management Companies Act

Ljubljana, 11 March - The government passed changes to the act on investment trusts and management companies on Thursday, which are expected to bring greater safety of operations of management companies and indirectly also of investment trusts. They will moreover simplify operations of foreign trusts in Slovenia and Slovenian trusts in the EU, Finance Minister Dusan Mramor said.
