Euroleague: Olimpija Surprises Efes Pilsen

Ljubljana, 11 March - Slovenian club Olimpija has confirmed its dominance on home court, registering a 68:57 (22:18, 41:33, 56:45) win over Efes Pilsen, one of the favourites for the Euroleague title, in the second week of Top 16 play (group E) of Europe's strongest basketball league. Olimpija won the game with strong defence that bewildered the Turkish club's star-studded offence.
