De Villepin: Adoption of the European Constitution is of Key Importance

Paris, 12 March - The EU is facing a major challenge, namely the adoption of the constitutional treaty. An agreement on the constitution is the most pressing matter at the moment, even more so in the light of events that took place in Madrid, French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin said after the talks with Slovenian President Janez Drnovsek, who is paying a two-day official visit to France.
