Family Murder Trial: Defence Questions Experts, Panel in Closing Address

Ljubljana, 12 March - The lawyer of the man charged with killing his mother, step-father and step-brother in mid-2002 has disputed the evidence provided by expert witnesses and questioned the impartiality of the judicial panel as he delivered his closing arguments in the triple murder trial on Friday. Meanwhile, the state prosecutor called for a maximum prison sentence of thirty years, saying the evidence sufficiently proves the charges.
