MP Puksic Found Guilty of Libel
Ljubljana, 12 March - Franc Puksic, an MP of the opposition Slovenian Democrats (SDS), has been found guilty of libel in a case brought against him by Uros Aljancic, a former general manager of the sports equipment manufacturer Elan. Puksic was given a suspended sentence of SIT 830,000 (EUR 3,500) by the Ditrict Court, POP TV said Friday evening.
