Delo Takes Swipe at French Self-Centredness Over EU

Ljubljana, 13 March - Examining President Janez Drnovsek's two-day official visit to France, daily Delo points out that France is regarded in diplomatic circles as the least willing to make concessions. It seems to be the most comfortable with the notion of a "two-speed Europe", the daily writes on Saturday.
