Ljubljana, 13 March - Information Society Minister Pavel Gantar may well be moderately optimistic when he speaks of possible candidates for two new UMTS licenses, but many still doubt that the state will actually find a bidder for a 3G license, daily Dnevnik says in a response to Thursday's government decision to give the go-ahead to the sale of two new UMTS licenses.
