Minority Concerned Over New Coalition in Carinthia

Klagenfurt, 15 March - The Slovenian minority in Austria's Carinthia has voiced concern over the coalition deal struck in the province over the weekend, which will very likely lead to the appointment of incumbent Governor Joerg Haider for another five-year term. The minority finds unacceptable Haider's announcement that he would not allow any new bilingual place name signs to be put up in the province.
