Warning issued by the Executive Council of the Republic of Slovenia

Ljubljana, 18 September - Ljubljana, September 18, 1991 (STA - Executive Council of the Republic of Slovenia has today warned Slovenian citizens not to travel to Republic of Croatia. The recent events in Croatia, particularly the night attacks on Zagreb and other Croatian cities suggests, that yesterday's signing of the cease-fire will not take effect. The armed clashes have virtually spread all over Croatia and there is danger off them spreading even closer to the Slovenia's southern borders.
