FM Rupel Condemns Terrorism in UNCHR Address

Geneva, 16 March - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel on Tuesday condemned the latest terrorist attacks in Madrid, stressing attacks against innocent civilians were a strike against the entire humanity. Terrorism is a threat to security of all people, yet international human rights standards must not be neglected in the fight against terror, Rupel said in his address to the 60th session of the UN Commission on Human Rights (UNCHR) in Geneva.
