Ljubljana, 17 March - World Bank President James Wolfensohn, paying a courtesy call to Slovenia to mark the country's transition from borrower to donor status, became the target Wednesday of a small group of anti globalists who pelted him and Slovenian Finance Minister Dusan Mramor with water balloons filled with paint.
