Ljubljana, 17 March - The Ljubljana Higher Court has dismissed the demand for an investigation against Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel on corruption suspicion. Thus there will be no investigation launched against Rupel, as the decision of the Higher Court is final with no possibility to appeal.
