Promotion of the book "Days of Slovenia" in Trieste

Trieste, 19 September - The president of the Presidency of Slovenia, Mr. Milan Kučan, took part yesterday in the promotion of the book "I giorni della Slovenia", that was published by the Trieste publishing house "E" in cooperation with the Cankarjeva Založba from Ljubljana. Though the book is based on the translation of a Slovenian original it contains numerous additional references to Slovenian history and culture. There were more then 500 people present in the Trieste theater "Miela", the number itself being quite extraordinary for the local community. The book was presented by the authors of the accompanying texts, most notably by the member of the Slovenian Presidency, Mr. Ciril Zlobec.
