Drnovsek Highlights the Role of Science at the Jurij Vega Ceremony

Ljubljana, 20 March - A central national ceremony was held on Saturday to mark 250 years since the Slovenian mathematician of world renown, Jurij Vega, was born. Addressing the event, President Janez Drnovsek highlighted the role of the mathematician in his time and stressed the importance of science at present.
