Slovenia Among Most Mountainous EU Countries

Brussels, 23 March - Slovenia will be among the most mountainous countries in the EU, showed a study on mountain areas in the EU released by the European Commission on Tuesday. In fact, Slovenia will qualify as the most mountainous country in the EU together with Greece, as mountain regions cover as much as 78 percent of the country's territory.
