Ljubljana, 24 March - Andrej Engelman has failed to muster sufficient support in parliament to get elected president of the Court of Audits in what was the third attempt to appoint head of the top auditing body in the country after the outgoing president Vojko A. Antoncic finished his term in office on 31 January.
