Dnevnik Journalists Lose the Say in Appointment of Editor in Chief

Ljubljana, 24 March - Journalists of the daily Dnevnik protested against the decision of the company's shareholders who have taken them away the right to have a say in the appointment of the editor in chief. Shareholders did so by backing changes to the statute filed by Dnevnik's new owner, the Austrian publisher Styria Medien AG.
