Kosovo a Failure and a New Opportunity for International Community, Says Serbian Official

Ljubljana, 24 March - Recent outbreaks of violence in Kosovo are a failure of the international community, Albanian political leadership and Serbian policy in Kosovo, but at the same time, they offer new challenges and opportunities to examine the present policies and build a strategy for long-term stability of Kosovo, head of the Serbia's European Movement Zivorad Kovacevic told a panel in Ljubljana Wednesday, talking about Serbia's way to the EU.
