Istrabenz Decides to Quit Oil Business

Koper, 25 March - The supervisory board of the Istrabenz holding group has given the Istrabenz management the go-ahead to shed the company's petrol retail business and sell its 50-percent stake in Slovenia's second largest oil retailer, OMV Istrabenz, to the partner, Austria's OMV. Negotiations with OMV are to be concluded in a matter of weeks, Istrabenz spokeswoman Barbara Stegel told STA on Thursday.
