Wave of Takeovers Expected to Hit Retailers, Expert Suggests

Piran, 28 March - A new wave of takeovers is to hit Slovenia's retail sector upon EU accession, as foreign competition is bound to make its way into Slovenia, said Matej Lahovnik of the Ljubljana Faculty of Economics at a recent conference of economists and representatives of the retail sector.
