Kucan Says Forum 21 Will Be No Political Party

Ljubljana, 29 March - The former Slovenian president and some other prominent figures from various areas will set up an association this Wednesday "to respond to topical political, economic, social and cultural developments in Slovenia." Forum 21 will associate people of different backgrounds and beliefs, Milan Kucan said in an interview published on Monday. He was quick to point out, however, that Forum 21 will not be a political party.
