The European Twelve's Ultimatum

Ljubljana, 6 October - At an informal meeting in Utrecht today, the foreign ministers of Europe's Twelve again gave an ultimatum to the quarreling parties in Yugoslavia. If they do not cease hostilities tomorrow (October 7, 1991) by 12 o'clock midnight all economic cooperation with the quarreling parties will be cut off. They will do all in their power to also see to it that aid will also stop arriving from international monetary institutions.
