The Slovenian passport is valid also in Switzerland

Ljubljana, 11 October - The Swiss Foreign Minister today assured dr. Drnovšek that it is now possible for Slovene citizens to enter Switzerland with their Slovene passports. Following talks between Mr. Felber and dr. Drnovšek, the former stated that travellers with Slovene passports will be allowed into the country and that the Swiss visa will be stamped in their passports at the borders without any formalities. This makes Switzerland one of the first countries to which the holders of Slovene passports can travel.
