The Chamber of Economy of Slovenia will be becoming a member of the International Chamber of Commerce

Ljubljana, 14 October - The 22nd General Assembly of the World Trade Association centers association proceeded in Budapest from October 7 to 14. The assembly was visited by more than 450 participants from forty seven states, among them also representatives of the World Trade Center of Ljubljana. The association was founded in 1968 and today unites 238 WTCs with more than 500 members. The basic activity of the association is to give aid in international business cooperation, with stress on small and medium sized companies. For this purpose, the association has developed information, consulting and organizational-technical services and activities. Individual WTCs and their members are linked today through a unique telecommunication information system of the WTC network.
