The NBY carries out its threats

Ljubljana, 18 October - The National Bank of Yugoslavia (NBY) notified the Bank of Slovenia today that it has warned all foreign banks not to carry out transactions for Slovene and Croatian banks. The threat made by the council of governors of the NBY to prevent all Slovene and Croatian banks from operating internationally has thus been carried out.
