President Tudjman's Command

Zagreb, 19 October - In accordance with the decision made at yesterday's plenary session of the Hague Conference, President of the Republic of Croatia, Dr. Franjo Tudjman issued a command that all armed forces of the Republic of Croatia, today, 19 October at 12 noon, cease-fire and de-blockade all barracks and facilities of the Yugoslav army in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
