The Convoy with the Wounded is Safe and in Đakovo

Zagreb, 20 October - The convoy transporting the heavily wounded from Vukovar arrived safely in Đakovo today at 2 a.m. The forty-three wounded were placed in hospital, as for the remaining sixty, these will be given medical care in a makeshift military hospital in Mikanovci. All of the wounded are listed as non-critical, reported Croatian Minister of Health, Dr. Andrija Hebrang, who is accompaniying the convoy, by telephone. He added, that in the next few days, the convoy will remain in Đakovo.
