Slovenia's participation at "Anuga 91"

Ljubljana, 23 October - At the world's largest exhibition of food and nutrition "Anuga 91" at Köln, Slovenia for the first time participated independently and was among 6,540 exhibitors from 92 countries. The Slovenian part of the exhibition was prepared by INTERAKCIJA, Ljubljana, and used 120 m2, to show products of 35 Slovenian growers and food producers. The exhibition "Slovenija- the scent of homeliness" attempted to show how we produce food stuffs in a pleasant and healthy surroundings and that we joined tradition, know-how and contemporary technology, so that our food still retains a natural taste.
